My home for 3 years during college is being renovated this year. It seems kind of weird to think that they're going to be putting kitchens and laundry on each floor and that it will be air conditioned. I mean kids these days just don't have it as tough as we did. http://reslife.truman.edu/facilities/moplanning.stm
For those of us who don't know enough about what was there before (and whose younger brothers who lived there last year aren't currently at home at the moment)... how/where are they putting the kitchens and laundries in? Are they taking out some rooms and converting them?
ReplyDeleteAlso, I'm assuming that we're talking small kitchen areas, like a stove and oven and sinks and some counterspace, kinda like UMR has in several areas? And probably only a few laundry machines per floor?
From what I can tell, they're removing some rooms in the center connector (see pictures in the web link for the weird spider that is MO).
